WARRANTY TERMS: All parts installed or replaced by Accent Garage Doors are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which lasts for the period specified on the manufacturer’s website. A 30-day satisfaction guarantee is also provided for all parts installed. If defects in materials or workmanship occur within 30 days, labor will be provided at no additional cost. However, any new parts required beyond the original replacement are the Client’s responsibility.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is non-transferable unless explicitly noted on the invoice. It does not cover parts or materials not replaced or installed by Accent Garage Doors. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or negligence is excluded. The Client understands that the garage door motor and the door system are separate components, and if the motor was not replaced, it may still be subject to wear, and its remaining lifespan cannot be predicted. There is no warranty on a motor that is worn or strained. Additionally, the Client assumes full responsibility for any misalignments or issues with the safety sensors (Eye Sensors/Safety Eyes) after 30 days from installation, as these are not covered by this warranty.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due in full upon completion of services and repairs. If the Client does not pay within 5 business days, a 5% late fee will be applied to any outstanding balance. Accent Garage Doors reserves the right to take legal action to recover the amount owed if payment is not received within this period.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to our busy schedule and operational needs, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If the Client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF COMPLETION: By signing this agreement, the Client confirms: 1. The work described has been completed to the satisfaction of both parties. 2. Accent Garage Doors has demonstrated the completed work, including the proper operation of the door and all relevant functions, such as remote controls and moving parts. 3. The Client is satisfied with the quality of the work and understands the payment terms and warranty conditions. 4. Any special agreements made between Accent Garage Doors and the Client will be completed within 60 days of job completion. 5. If paying by credit card, the Client authorizes Accent Garage Doors to charge the card for the total amount due, including any applicable fees or charges listed on the invoice.
